CHISIG Seminar - Key Learnings from Government Websites

You are invited to attend the following CHISIG event.

When: Wed 8th July
Time: 3.30-5pm (drinks, nibbles and networking from 3.30pm, presentation will start at 4pm)
Location: Microsoft, Level 9, Waterfront Place 1 Eagle Street Brisbane
Cost: $5 for non-CHISIG Members, Free for CHISIG members

Speakers:

Justin Wilson from Brisbane City Council

Justin will present a case study regarding the redesign of the Brisbane City Council website. He will outline the User Centred Design process they went through and how the new design addresses some of the issues identified with the old website. Even though this is a council website, the learnings are applicable to all types of websites.

Tania Lang from Peak Usability

Tania will present key findings and common usability issues that have been captured when usability testing many local and state government websites. She will discuss best practice interaction design guidelines and processes to address these common issues.
